How can Kindi benefit my students?
Kindi offers students an easy way to access additional reading practice outside of school, while also enabling students with in-demand language skills to help others as a virtual reading volunteer.
Can I control who my students read with?
Yes. Teachers create student learner and volunteer accounts. When students make a reading request, only volunteers in the teacher-created volunteer network will be notified.
How much does it cost to do a Kindi pilot?
It is free to start a pilot. We are, however, selective about the pilot partners we choose to work with.
As a teacher, can I listen to the sessions?
Yes, all reading sessions are recorded and accessible for quality assurance purposes.
What kind of reading data does Kindi provide?
During every session, we track and record every word a student mispronounces. This data is made available to both the student and their teacher.
I'm outside the US, can my class still use Kindi?
Yes, of course! We have active pilots running in Lebanon and the Netherlands.

What languages can students practice reading on Kindi?
Currently, students can use Kindi Connect to practice reading English stories. We plan on adding more languages in the coming future.
